DECEMBER 16, 2024 COMMUNITY MEETING

Staff from the City of Salem and members of the the Forest River Residences development team will hold a community meeting to review the draft design standards for the proposed 40R Overlay Zoning that is required for this project at 6 p.m. on Monday, December 16. The proposed design standards will be presented and discussed. The final design standards will be incorporated into the 40R Preliminary Application of Eligibility submitted to the state. The meeting will take place remotely through Zoom.

NOVEMBER 19, 2024 PUBLIC HEARING

The City of Salem, Office of the Mayor and Department of Planning and Community Development held a public hearing and informational meeting on the Smart Growth Overlay District needed for this project on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. The hearing notice can be found online at: https://www.salemma.gov/home/events/380811.
